Grace Tea Totherow

Writer, Songwriter

Grace Tea Totherow is a dancing, storytelling, music-making, poetess
alchemist fusing modes of expression in her performance art and her
teaching.  She graduated in 2001 with a BA in Dance from Hollins
University.  Grace has mentored teens and children for the past five
years through Literature Alive’s Inkwell Program in Nevada City, CA,
she’s been a guest facilitator for the Arts in Corrections Program at
New Folsom Prison, and she offers “Alchemy of the Muse,” a class
exploring creative writing, authentic movement and sound. In 2007 she
released her solo album “Lilyonyx in the Isis Rise.”  Grace is
currently collaborating with Billy Raaen in music and mentoring.  You
can find them at www.billyandgracetea.com.

Tevyn East brings the urgency and passion that are appropriate to the environmental crisis that is now upon us. Her performance probes this difficult terrain with depth and breadth, grounded in the moral imperatives of biblical faith.— Ched Myers
